Multiple heads array
UniPrint 6090 can be equipped with 2 heads or an optional 3 heads. Epson i3200 print heads and micro-piezo inkjet technology provide a faster and more reliable printing experience. It supports grey scale and VSDT technology to produce high-resolution prints of 600 dpi per color, Max 2400 dpi.
RIIN RIP software
The RIIN RIP software takes the standard of printing up a notch by transferring the high-resolution image from your computer to the printer as a bitmapped image. It is then efficiently produced on the substrate surface.
Vacuum absorption process
The UV6090 printer produces exceptionally precise and consistent prints through vacuum absorption. The vacuum printing platform with hard oxidation surface treatment keeps the print material flat and tightly absorbed on the surface.
CMYK+W or CMYK+W+V color modes
The UV6090 printer works with CMYK+W or CMYK+W+V color modes and can produce a three-dimensional embossed visual effect on prints. In addition, it also provides the function of white color synchronous printing.
White ink stirring system
This printer contains an automatic white ink stirring system which helps provide an optimal ink flow, preventing print head clogs and increasing the life span of print heads extraordinarily.
Water Cooled LED lamp
It contains Water Cooled LED lamp, which helps control the intensity of light and adapt to different materials and inks. The lamp life is 20000 - 300000 hours, the focus is undivergent, and the ink curing risk is reduced.
