Socks Heater

The digital printing socks heater is designed to heat up the socks after printing, which helps to ensure that the ink adheres to the fabric/yarns properly. The machine is equipped with a temperature control system that allows you to adjust the temperature according to the type of socks being printed.
- The conveyor turning system is a great way to make the socks heating process easier and more efficient. It allows the socks to be placed onto the heater and then turned around in a circular motion. This ensures that the socks are evenly heated and that the color is fixed. The conveyor turning system also makes it easier to remove the socks from the heater once they are done heating.
- The heating temperature of a sock dryer can be adjusted according to the type of socks being dried. The speed of the dryer can also be adjusted to ensure that the socks are dried thoroughly and evenly. Additionally, the height of the front panel, which is used to move the socks in and out of the dryer, can be adjusted to accommodate different lengths of socks.
- The stainless conveyor system is capable of handling up to 40 pieces per cycle and has a heater capacity of 300 pairs per hour. The estimated curing time for each pair of socks is 3.5 minutes, however this may vary depending on the details of the socks. This system is suitable for use with up to 6 sock printers.
